Fall Camporee at Fort de Chartres October, 2004 Fall Camporee was at historic Fort de Chartres in Illinois. This was an unusual outing in that more Troop 751 Scouts were on camporee staff than in camp, which meant that our annual cadre of visiting Webelos outnumbered the us, too. But those who went called it a great outing. Our SPL cooked pizzas in a box oven for our guests, and we got to see the Cardinals' World Series game (they lost).
