Spring Camporee May, 2004 The New Horizons District Camporee was at SbarF Scout Ranch in May, 2004. The Scouts, in their patrols, participated in a series of scored activities. At the end of the day, our Locusts Patrol won the top award for all patrols in the district. Congratulations!
